I am an African-American woman who is in need of hair removal. I am in search of a Doctor who practices in Chicago. I am of a darker complexion and need a doctor who deals with this skin tone. I need help because my coarse hair is scarring my skin because of ingrown hairs that coils and grows under the skin and hurt alot. Please help. Thank you.
